They explored with us

We had two exceptional days between Raiatea and Tahaa, filled with discoveries, breathtaking scenery and authentic experiences.
The first day was spent sailing around the island of Raiatea. It was a magnificent excursion punctuated by numerous stops, each offering a different facet of the island's history and culture. In addition to the superb views of the lagoons and mountains, we were lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins in the open sea, a magical and unforgettable moment. The highlight of the day was a high-quality local meal served on a paradise motu – a truly timeless moment in a setting that offered a pleasant change from the other activities while remaining rooted in local tradition.
The second day took us to Tahaa by jet ski, with a varied and immersive programme: a visit to a rum distillery, a vanilla plantation, a pearl farm, then snorkelling in a coral garden where we swam among a multitude of colourful fish and even stingrays. The unusual experience of feeding the fish with fermented coconut added a fun and unexpected touch to this already memorable outing.
Two eventful days, perfectly balanced between culture, nature, thrills and local cuisine. A real favourite.

We met Vainoa at the tourism fair and booked two excursions with Raiatea Explorer. There were six of us and we had the boat all to ourselves!
The day trip around Tahaa was fantastic, with all the classic highlights (vanilla, pearls, rum, coral gardens) and lunch on the motu. Yannick is a good pilot and the boat trip is very enjoyable.
On the second day, we toured Raiatea. The island is magnificent when viewed from the sea. The trip up the Faaroa River was magical.
Above all, Vainoa's explanations of the island's rituals, sites, customs and history were captivating! In short, the whole family highly recommends Raiatea Explorer!

An extraordinary experience, Yannick showed us some magnificent places. Six hours on a scooter flew by, we enjoyed it so much. If you come to Raiatea and want to explore the island by sea, or visit the beautiful island of Tahaa, don't hesitate to contact them.
